Sometimes we forget that for each organizational or proceural change, there is a trickle down effect to our venders.  Each time we change staff, revise our documentation, update Policy and Procedres or bring on new faces or owners, the door is thrown open to a new batch of errors and omissions.  Suppliers must be kept INFORMED.  That is OUR obligation to THEM.
